WeForms Plugin: Image upload

I made a form for image submissions but when users try the form, they receive an “undefined” response when uploading an image(s). When I am logged on wordpress I can upload pictures which is weird because I did not put any restrictions on the form for logged on users. I was able to submit a photo back on Sept 26 using the form but now it gives me this error. Thanks.
