White space after all image blocks
-
When I hit publish on a blog post, a large white space is added between the image block and the paragraph block (about 100 px in length.) I have tried playing around with the blocks, and it seems this white space is occurring because I am not using image captions. To note: I do not plan on using image captions anywhere on my site at any time.
Is there a way to disable image captions, so this white space is removed on all blog posts? All the other blocks have perfect sizing between them; the weird white space only is appearing after an image block is added. It is also only showing up when previewed or published and looks totally fine in editing mode. I already tried using the following additional CSS, but it did not help. Thank you for your help!
.wp-block-image figcaption {
? display: none !important;
}
