Weight and Product Packaging Weight

All of our products are configured with a weight (and dimensions). How can you add up and transmit the correct packaging weights here?

With WarenPost, there is usually an additional packaging weight of between 70-120 g (depending on the height of the package)

So e.g.:
For WarenPost < 3 CM height +70 g
For WarenPost > 3 CM height +120 g
For DHL packages > 5 CM height +190 g

The problem is therefore the time at which the weight is transmitted to DHL. Is it possible to store rules in the addon in the meantime so that the real weights are also taken into account there.
