    Hey

Really sorry for troubling you as I’m sure this is simple – but I’m having difficultly figuring out how to sort weight based on a site I’m making.

    The client wants:
    up 1kg = Free p&p
    1 to 2 kg £3.00 2nd class royal mail
    2 to 5 kg £6.00 by courier
    5 to 10 kg £7.80
    10 to 21 kg £13.00
    Max £13

Would I do all these as classes, then link up with each product? Or use the config product bit? I’m also having trouble with the 1-2 then 2-3. Also if the weight doesn’t equal 2 then no shipping shows up at all, but I want it to say free.

If you could point me in the right direction it’d be much appreciated.

    Hi,

It looks for me like you just need to create 5 rules, one for each weight band you mentioned. Wouldn’t that work for you?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response

Do I add the rules as separate classes or under ‘additional config’?

    Thanks

With additional configs (aka rules). Use Min Weight and Max Weight fields to define weight band for each rule.

    Sorted it, thank you

Thanks so much for responding, appreciated
