Weight Based Shipping issue

It seems the item matches both conditions, for $12 and for $9. What’s your current plugin configuration? Screenshots appreciated.

Not quite sure how to add a screen shot it doesnt not give me that option in this thread.

I am using the version 2.6.8

I only want it to match for just the one.. So the weight based is 0.5-1.0 is 9.00

1.0-3.0 is the 12$ one.
