Weight data not populated on orders from eBay

  • When users purchase our products from eBay Australia, the orders come through to WooCommerce fine, but the weight data is not always populated.

    This occurs more frequently with bundled products, but affects non-bundled products too.

    Can you advise how we can make sure the product weight data is *always* populated from eBay orders?
