Weight limit ofr different area

Hi @fraom, we need more information about this issue. Please provide screenshots of your shipping methods configuration along with a more detailed description of the outcome you want to achieve.

I set different prices based on weight. I did this for Italy Europe 1 and Europe 2. Now I need to set a weight limit only for europe 1 and 2. As you can see in the image, after 40 kilos I have to block the order because I can’t ship. How can I do it?

Italy no limit

Europe 1 – limit 60 kg

Europe 2 – limit 40 kg

With your current setup, what happens when the shipping exceeds 40 kg?

You can order with shipping method from the screenshot above, what shipping cost was calculated?

show the correct shipping method, in this case Europe 1 , but don’t insert price, shipping are free

whit the correct weight it showing the correct price

Your method is Flat Rate. In this case, the rules table calculates an additional cost, which is added to the cost calculated by Flat Rate, which is 0. If you want to achieve the desired result, create a Flexible Shipping method.

solved! i m so sorry but i don’t select the plugin on price rules for Europa 1 and 2. now works fine !
