Weight Rate Shipping Module Keeps Disabling Itself

Using version 3.11.4 with Gold Cart 2.9.8 – randomly the Weight Rate Shipping Module disables itself. Since it’s the only shipping method we use, checkout fails once it becomes disabled.

Additionally, in hopes of updating the Gold Cart plugin, I logged into my account and my license or order history doesn’t appear to be there. Going back to the original emails sent on checkout refers to https://getshopped.org/ which doesn’t appear to be your website anymore. It doesn’t appear that my order history transferred over when you migrated. Please point me in the right direction.
