    I can’t help you without details. Please provide a bit more info about what configuration you have tried, what result do you get and what do you expect instead.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I put the following settings i;

    Mailbox post 3,50 euro up to 2kg
    Parcel 6,95 euro up to 10 kg

    And set 1 book on 900 gr.
    But in the shopping bag the calculation is wrong.
