Weird 0x00 in wp-config-cage.php after cache purge

Hey,

after cache purge everything started to be weird and wp super cache told us “No cache directory” exists. In wp-cache-config.php half of file was replaced by <0x00> like the plugin could not update it’s options.

We checked logs and contacted our hosting provider, from logs they told us everything is okay, we also did a WordFence scan for malware (everything ok).

So it looks like an issue in plugin, but how could that happen? We uploaded backup – all up and running again.
