Weird “a” appearing at the top of the page

    Howdy folks.

    I’m new to this WordPress milarky and decided to throw myself into it.

    I’m slowly getting my wordpress site up and operational but I have a strange “a” appearing at the top of the page, before any html and php code.

    The site is

    It’s also strangely appearing on my admin pages as well.

    Any help is very much appreciated.
