Weird changes in options and layouts

I’m trying to get a site live, and it seems like every time I save a setting, something weird and unrelated changes about the display or layout on the frontend.

1) For example, for a while there were two “add to cart” buttons showing up. I tried checking and unchecking the “disable automatic output” option, as well as whether it would act as a buy now or add to cart… which seemed to make no difference as two buttons were still showing up. Then I changed the text to display on the button, and now there’s only one showing up. So I guess that’s good, but I still have no clue what was happening on the backend.

2) The html being outputted for the various pricing options includes a css tag to set display:none. I over-rode it in my themes CSS with a display:block !important tag, but … Why would that happen in the first place? Is it messing up some setting and confusing whether or not multiple price points are actually available?

3) Now the payment options are not displaying. They *were* showing up fine an hour ago, and I tested both WePay and PayPal, (WePay wasn’t working)… and without me altering any of the settings regarding chosen payment gateways or what to display in my backend settings, the options for payment methods aren’t showing up at all. Worse, it’s defaulting to and redirecting to PayPal, even though I have WePay set as my default gateway.

I don’t think the issues are being caused by EDD, because this is a multisite installation, with a just EDD activated on one site (store.mydomain.com), and the crowdfunding functionality on another (crowdfunding.mydomain.com). Everything seems to be working just fine on the store section, so all of this must be coming from the Astoundify side of things.

I’m basically on the verge of tears. Nothing about any of this makes sense. Please help?
