I am trying to use my gallery page and it is having errors. They only show up on one page- when I use the same gallery on another page, there is no error!

    This appears above my gallery:

    alone=”yes”?> <meta/><div id=”ngg_data_strip_html_placehol</div>”/>

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @chris-harmon,

I’m not allowed to check your link.
But please, here is some quick advice:
Have you tried to re-insert your gallery and check if that solves the problem?

    Please, keep us posted.

Yes, I did. I also used other gallery formats and did not receive the same messages. Seems to be related specifically to options within the plugin.

I also see a series of these when I use the Pro Horizontal Filmstrip:

Warning: Illegal string offset ‘width’ in /home/redreefm/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery-pro/modules/galleria/module.galleria.php on line 139

    Hi @chris-harmon,

Thanks for the link. It looks like an issue caused by using an outdated shortcode structure for the gallery. I hope that you wouldn’t mind removing the gallery’s shortcode from the page and insert the gallery again to see if the issue will solve.

    Mihai,

I made sure I updated the plugins, then reinserted.

What is/where is the shortcode being generated? How is it removed if the app generates it?

    Hi @@chris-harmon

    We are happy to help.
I took a look at your link: https://www.redreefmedia.com/florida-nature-images/ and everything seems to be working fine.

About how to check, delete your shortcode, It’s really easy.
Using the plugin WordPress Classic Editor https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/classic-editor/ (WordPress has a new text editor called Gutenberg), then you can inspect the code.

Here is a screenshot that will let you know where you can see, check and delete your shortcode: https://imgur.com/BcBwVeJ

We hope that it helps! Please keep us posted.
