For some reason, when I click Email or Telephone, the conditional fields enter email address or enter telephone number don;t appear unless I reload the page. Tested on latest versions of chrome, safari, ff.

In detail, I have two checkbox fields, Email and Telephone. When a user clicks email the email field will appear and sea for telephone.

If you load the site (even if it is in cache) the first time, and press tel or email, the conditional fields don’t appear. Just reload the page and it works perfectly.

the site is a wordpress site created in a wordpress mu environment.

    any ideas? plugin conflict?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Ok, just wanted to add a new discovery!

If you load the link directly, viadeicarpani.com/contact the field works.

If you go to the home page and THEN click on the contact menu item, the page loads, but the field doesn’t work unless I reload the page.

Solved it but I don’t know why.

From the link discovery 2 mins ago, I created a new menu item, but with a custom link inside, /contact/

When you press Contact Test it loads properly.

The Contatti/Brochure menu item is a page item in the menu.

Sounds a javascript error was triggered in some cases. Glad you solved it. Feel free to leave a review if you enjoy using the plugin ??
