Weird dashboard issue

  • Something strange happened yesterday. All of a sudden, I cannot access my dashboard anymore. I can actually get to my login screen and other admin pages, just not the dashboard (wp-admin/index.php). The permissions seem to be OK.

    Note that a second WP blog is functioning properly, so I am not sure it’s at the host end.

    One more data point. Comments are not going through. The browser just hangs after a while
