Hello @skoothondjie – thanks for writing in and we really apologize for this inconvenience.

I viewed your site and I see what you mean.

Please, could you make sure the Popup Maker plugin is updated to its latest version? We need to eliminate this as a potential cause any occurring issue.

Also, we think you should check out this troubleshooting guide below as this might help:

We hope it goes well for you and if you have any questions, let us know.

    Hi @skoothondjie,

There was a recent similar post about this.

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/issues-with-php-8-0-2/

For now, can you turn off your WP_DEBUG?

    Here’s how https://codex.www.ads-software.com/WP_DEBUG

Make sure you especially turn off the WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY setting.

Also, what PHP version is your site on right now?

    Thanks so much ??

Thank you. I’ve disabled the WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY setting.

PHP version 7.4.27 (Supports 64bit values).

Also, it appears as if the add-on Popup Maker – Advanced Targeting Conditions is the offender. The error messages disappear when I disable this plugin.

    Hey @skoothondjie,

Thanks for the follow-up. That’s good to know.

We never saw any PHP errors ourselves using PHP 7.4.* with our ATC extension. And, there’s only been one other report of a PHP error with Popup Maker in general.

So, it could be a conflict with ATC and another plugin. You can always keep Popup Maker and ATC active and disable all other popups 1-by-1 to see if that’s the case.

Please let us if you find out anything.

We’re going to mark this thread as resolved, but feel free to update the post or start a new thread if needed.

    Thanks!
