Weird error message

Hi,

I have this message on my page “Since you are currently logged in, your question will not be anonymous. Please log out or open this page in a private window if you wish to stay anonymous.”

The writer stay anonymous even if he is logged but this message say the opposite.
How can I get rid of it ?

+ I have an “Enter your answer” I would love to get rid of too
