Weird layout issue with the blog

Hello, I have just in the last month moved my blog to self hosted. I was lucky to get some space on my brother’s cloud server so I have direct access. It is hosted on dream host.

Recently as in, possibly Thursday night, my blog layout went a little haywire. I am not yet experienced enough to know if this is a server issue, or a coding issue. A direct result of the AWS outage or what and I was wondering if someone would take a peek and help me figure it out.

My two side bars are now cut in half and under the posts instead of on the left and right, there also seems to be a little alignment jumping with the posts.
