weird menu problem, included video example

  • Are you using a custom menu? Have you tried switching to the default WordPress theme?

    I’m using an elegant theme… can’t switch the theme… as this is the site i built for my client.

    I’ve never had this problem before… can someone please help?

    The change only needs to be temporary but is needed as part of the basic troubleshooting process.

    changed to twenty eleven, didn’t help, still cant move the menu over… changed the theme back, it’s ok now…

    do i need to create a whole new menu?

    What did you mean by “still cant move the menu over”? Did you try setting up a custom menu when using the default theme?
