Hello, can you send us the content of the Troubleshooting tab?
And is there any notice about CSS saving?

    Waiting for your reply,

Ok, system says it can bot save the CSS code into your file-system. You should add permission to the WordPress to write that directory/file (file path can be found in the error message)

Fallback solution: under the Troubleshooting tab, enable the “internal CSS loading” tickbox.

    Let me know the results,
    Tom
