Weird notification (Footnote index page)

  • I’m getting this notification but there is no Footnote Index page.
    I can’t find how to get this to go away.

    CM Footnotes has detected that your footnote has more than 4000 terms and the “Client-side” pagination has been selected.
    Please switch to the “Server-side” pagination to avoid slowness and problems with the server memory on the Footnote Index Page.
