In relation to your support topic regarding the number formats we’d be happy to troubleshoot this with you, although it does require some additional insights from your side, as we’re unable to access users Analytics accounts, most of which you did kindly provide. I’m curious to know if you see the same figures in your Analytics account (at analytics.google.com) as you see within your Site Kit dashboard if selecting the same reporting period.
We also noticed an strange trafficbot.live URL also from one of the screenshots and are wondering are these impacting the numbers, which could result in what looks like odd formatting.
In relation to the zero support comment please note we provide support during weekdays only and I can see your query was escalated internally today, while being investigated on the support side.
If you’re willing to give Site Kit another try let me know and we can switch over to your existing support topic. If so it would be useful to know if the figures do look different when checking analytics.google.com using the same reporting period as highlighted in your screenshots.
