I had a customer who failed several bitcoin orders. But he is an old customer. The plugin blocked him automatically. He contacted us and we removed the entries manually. Saved and gave him the ok. He tried it several times and was still blocked. I tested it and confirmed it. Every time he proceeded the checkout a new blacklist entry was created. The only solution was for us to increase the fraud attempts. This is how it ought to be?
What I would expect. If admin deletes the customer data/entry the customer should not be blocked anymore.

    Hi, @mike8040,

Thanks for trying out the plugin.

The plugin uses the browser cookie to track the fraud attempts.
So here are a few options if the customer complains about the blocking.

    1. Navigate to WP-Admin >> WooCommerce >> WMFO Tab, remove the customer details from blacklisting.
    2. Navigate to WP-Admin >> WMFO >> Fraud attempt logs, and remove the customer details from fraud attempts logs.
    3. ASK customer to clear the browser cookies or try from another browser
    4. White list the customer from Navigate to WP-Admin >> WooCommerce >> WMFO Tab

    I hope it helps.

Yes thanks. That are some more steps then one would intuitively guess. We communicated it to the customer and hope it works now.

The customer in the logs are not blocked but suspicious right? Because in the WP-Admin >> WooCommerce >> WMFO Tab most of them are missing.

Big Hit today through your update. Folled your steps with the new version and half of the days orders were blocked. We were lucky that a regular customer told us that something shady is going on.
Only change in the settings we made was to whitlist that one customer following your guide and put %% for packstation. I guess the plugin is still in some beta mode and blacklist everyone but that one customer. Anyway we deactivated it as this is untrusty.
