weird redirect issue

I’m having a weird redirect issue that I’m hoping someone can help me with.

I created a new page yesterday and I want the url to be:

edherzog.com/achieve-your-dreams/

But WordPress keeps resetting the url to:

edherzog.com/achieve-your-dreams-2/

Normally that means I already have a page or post with that url. But I’ve looked and can’t come up with anything and Google comes up empty as well.

So I tried entering edherzog.com/achieve-your-dreams/ directly into my browser to see what happens. And it ends up redirecting to my home page (which is edherzog.com).

I’ve looked all over and can’t figure out why that link would redirect to my home page.

Anyone know how I might go about diagnosing this problem?
