Weird Sidebar Problem

Hello all,
Made a new theme, zeldalegacy.net/wordpress and for some really weird reason, the first time anyone visits teh site, the sidebar menu headings are overlapped. If you refresh, however, everything fixes itself. Any idea what is causing this?
