    Hi!

    After installing the Klarna plugins I have noticed a weird space above the header suddenly appearing. A technician have suggested that some of the Klarna plugins are the cause of the weird space. Also today I noticed that a second Klarna ad appear above the header when adding a product to the basket. See link. The ad in the weird space above the header is marked in red.

    How do I get rid of the ad above the header, and possibly also the weird space?

    Hi @mnordnes ,
    You can configure the location on the page for the Klarna On-site messaging within the plugin configuration placement select boxes.

    If selecting a dropdown doesn’t work well for your Woo theme, please see https://docs.krokedil.com/article/259-klarna-on-site-messaging#h-H2_2 for details about customizing the location.

    The On site messaging ad is located below the Add to cart-button as it should. The problem appears when I have a product with a dropdown menu and select one of the product options. Then a second On site messaging ad appear above the header. When scrolling down on the page the sticky header hide the unwanted On site messaging ad, unless I scroll all the way to the top again.     I got assistance from you some time back regarding installing the On site messaging, and you got access to edit the website. Do you think there may be a similar possibility now? This problem go way beyond my limited coding skills.

    The Woo Klarna on-site messaging is added to the page when the selected Woo action fires, which is determined by your Woo theme. It seems your selected “Product On-Site Messaging placement” is firing twice for a product page (but your “Cart On-Site Messaging placement” is working well for the cart page).

    If selecting a different location for the product page (e.g. “Between Title and Price” vs. “Between Price and Excerpt” vs. “Between Excerpt and Add to cart button” etc) doesn’t resolve the problem, please open a support case at [email protected] for reviewing your store specifically.

    If a changing the location via a custom filter isn’t reasonable for you, you could alternatively try a shortcode instead per: https://docs.krokedil.com/article/259-klarna-on-site-messaging#h-H2_3
