Weird, Theme can’t be viewed by remote users.

    Also might visit your domain registrar and make sure your domain has the proper name servers assigned.

    Here is your problem. You have your site setup to use frames, and with in one of these frames you are using an IP address that is not reachable, and then a yahoo page in a different frame. You are unable to see the yahoo page due to the fact that you have your frames set to 100%, and 0% (Yahoo being set to 0% and not being shown). Your domain is correctly pulling up, it is the frame with the IP address that is not reachable.. is it a home IP address from yor ISP?
