Weird URL issue with child sites

Hi there,

I’ve been working on pushing my multisite network live for the last 24 hours, which has included mapping the sites (in subdirectory format) using the domain mapping plugin. At some point, I decided to switch to subdomains in the hope that it would be easier, but I’ve since realized the error of my ways and decided to go back.

The problem is that now, all the sites are showing the wrong parent url. Instead of https://www.domain.com/subdirectory, they show https://com/subdirectory/domain/. Most importantly, this is what comes up if I try to build new permalinks.

Ive changed the settings in the network under edit site/settings, because that was where the incorrect domains were showing up originally. But they’re still coming up wrong.

Can anyone lend a hand/suggest how to fix this? If I have to update the database, so be it.
