Welcome bonus not working

    Hi, the welcome bonus doesn’t work for me. I created a couple new accounts to test, but they didn’t get the welcome bonus when registering. I tried multiple things, refreshed, made sure newest version was updated, cache, etc.

    Hi, I haven’t heard back from you via email. I am still having this issue. If I manually ad a user it gives the bonus, but not when they register normally. Now I have another problem that the user that I manually created has two bonuses. I made one in the meantime that if they make a purchase over $1 they get it. How do I remove the one bonus from their account?

    Also, How do I get the users first purchase upon sign up to get credit for the sale?
