    Hi there,

    I′m using MailPoet for little over a week now. It sent 21 of 24 welcome E-Mails. Now a subscriber told me she doesn’t receive the welcome E-mail.
    I tested with my own addresses and receive the double-opt-in Mail, get listed in the E-Mail list but don’t receive the Welcome E-mail. The e_mails are not even scheduled.
    Sign-up confirmation is enabled.
    Scheduling for other lists works.
    My E-Mail should be activated.
    In system status no error could be found.
    I don’t use a SMTP plugin.

    Hi there @juliafarbenfroh,

    It sent 21 of 24 welcome E-Mails.

    Do you mean the welcome emails were working previously (sent 21 successfully), but suddenly stopped working?

    Also, when you tested with your own address, was it a brand new address that had not been used for testing before and never received the Welcome emails? (Please note that welcome emails will not be resent to the same subscriber if they already received them previously).
