Welcome e-mail not working

    Hello!

    The plugin works, we love it,
    but the subscribers doesn’ get welcome e-mails.

    Which settings do I check?

    If you are using a contact type form, make sure that the Recipient(s) field is configured correctly with the field related short tag, which you can find from the link ERF short tags just below the message box, copy the short tag for email, and paste it in the field provided for Recipient(s).

    If you still don’t get any mails, kindly check if your server is sending an email using plugins like Check Email or any other similar plugin.
