Welcome email

    Hi there,

    I tried manually creating one user and set to send a welcome mail on his login details.
    When i got the email, it looked great. However, I would want to know whether
    1) Can we edit the content of the welcome message?
    2) At the bottom it says

    Sincerely,
    Manager Name
    CEO, Company Name

    This is despite I was able to see that my company name is state on the first paragraph of the welcome email.

  • Hi @edmonaft,

    It seems like you haven’t changed the email text. This is given as a placeholder to start with.

    You can customize this whole Email Text from your WP-Admin. Go to ERP Settings > Settings > Email Tab .

    Here you can see all the default emails listed with Configure button. Click on it and you will be able to change and format the email as needed.
