“Welcome” email being sent on Subscription status change

    We are using Ultimate Member and WooCommerce Subscriptions. It seems that the Ultimate Member “Welcome” email is being sent to the user any time their WooCommerce Subscription status changes (e.g., from On-Hold to Active). Can you look into this? Ideally this would not happen.
