    I have edited some emails using this plugin and the others worked fine. For the new account email, the body text does not change. I see the text in the editor but when I publish and send a test email it goes back to the default copy.

    To help us better understand the issue, please share the screenshots of the changes you have made to the email. Please share the WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report) as well.

    Hello, I had replied to this via email and did not realize that you wouldn’t get it.

    Attached are screenshots of both what I did it the admin ( it shows ok in the preview ) and the email I get when I hit test email. I saved it, I cleared the cache, I tried triggering a real email all multiple times. All other emails are working fine except the welcome email.

    Hi @dolcezza,

    Could you please deactivate all plugins from the site except WooCommerce and Decorator and check if it is working then?

    I am unable to remove it, it is not in any of the editor windows. It seems everything below username is automatically generated.

    Hi @dolcezza,

    Please check the issue after deactivating all plugins except the WooCommerce and Decorator plugins. If the issue doesn’t persist, it might be caused by a conflict with another third-party plugin.
    In that case, you may enable the rest of the plugins one by one and check when the issue reappears.
