We don’t have access to your site so we can’t check your settings.
Welcome emails are sent to Confirmed subscribers only. Can you please check if subscribers are Confirmed and joined the list set up in Welcome emails?
Also, how did these subscribers subscribed to your lists?
Hi Elvira, I think i might have resolved this issue as I raised another ticket in this respect. here is my reply to the other ticket;
Thank you, It seems i have a different version of this screen to yours but I’ve selected instead of the “Subscribers List” anyone who registers with WordPress as a subscriber which should now send the Welcome Newsletter to everyone who registers with my website. Hi Elvira, I’m afraid the problem is still not resolved. I see many others seem to have the same problem. If you wish I can give you access to my website for you to check on my settings?
I understand there is a WordPress user (Registration – I’m using Ultimate Member) and then there is your MailPoet “Subscribers” login. What I am trying to achieve is that all users who register with my website receive a Welcome Letter. We also want to send a Monthly News Letter each month so I need all “WordPress Users” to receive these 2 News Letters
Right now not even the subscribers to the Mailpoet signup are receiving their Welcome Letter. 19 sent out of 120

So if I got it right, your subscribers who subscribed to the WordPress Users list don’t receive welcome emails.
Can you please check the following?
1) “Subscribe in registration form” is enabled in MailPoet > Settings > Basics. If it’s enabled, please ensure that you have “Yes, add me to your mailing list” checkbox on the user registration form.
2) If you check the box “Yes, add me to your mailing list”, you should receive a confirmation email. Until then, your subscriber will stay Unconfirmed.
3) Confirm your subscription, your subscriber should become Subscribed. Only when your subscriber’s status is subscribed, a Welcome email will be sent.
Let me know how that goes!

I just tried to subscribe through the MailPoet subscription form on your website and I got the confirmation email, so we can confirm sending is working.
But after confirming my subscription, I didn’t get the Welcome Email. Can you please confirm my status has changed to “Subscribed”? The email address I used to subscribe is brunatesting@…
Also, check which list I’m subscribed to and if you have a Welcome Email associated with that same list.
The Welcome Email needs to be “Active”.
When checking your account, I see the only Welcome Emails sent over the past week were sent to WordPress Users.

Thank you for this feedback and I attach two screenshots. 1. Where you have subscribed. (and you received the welcome email for the word press list) 2. I have now duplicated the Welcome Email WordPress and now have this new Dynamic Sales Tupperware list.

The only issue i see with this having two lists is that one now has to maintain the two lists to keep them in sync. It would be nice to just have one list.
