welcome emails not triggered for new users created automatically from AD

  • I’d like to send a welcome email to new users upon their creation, however when AD creates new wp users automatically during login, it doesn’t trigger the normal “new registered user” action. Any ideas for a workaround on this?

    Everything else is working great, thanks for the plugin.

    I’m using Buddypress email notifications, and all the other notification emails work fine, it’s just not triggering the new user emails, I think because users aren’t registering themselves, but they are being created autimatically when they use the single sign-on for the first time.
