Hi there, whatever i tried the new account’s welcome email doesn’t send to customers, although they added in customer list and I change (and setup in host server) the sending method to crox linux, so that the scheduler is correctly connected now.
The mail is always stucked at scheduled and never sending it.It only changes the hour of scheduling. The other woocommerce emails are sending just fine through an SMTP server.
Can you please help me bypass this frustrating matter?
    Thanks in advance

There are no problems as I fixed them, but the emails are not sending.
How can I send you an attachment from the page to see that there are no issues in System Status?
    What else can I do?

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @timberwolfdk,

Can you please confirm the new subscribers are listed as “Subscribed”?

If the Welcome Emails are being scheduled but not sent, it could be because the subscribers are still listed as “Unconfirmed”.

The Welcome Emails are not going to be sent until they confirm their subscription via email.

Can you send other types of newsletters?

    Thanks for your response again,
yes it seemed that new customers stucked at unverified list, but I couldn’t fix this because the plugin broke my site after updating to 5.5 version of WordPress. After contacting to my hosting tech support they said to mention this error to you for fixing it.

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘MailPoetVendor\Doctrine\Common\Cache\CacheProvider’ not found in /home/dh_r3yrq3/timberwolf.gr/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/lib/Doctrine/MetadataCache.php on line 18

    Hello @timberwolfdk,

Are you still having technical issues? We’ve patched up this problem in the codes. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the MailPoet plugins. And make sure to have the latest version of WordPress.

?Let us know if you need further assistance.

    ?Thanks,
