    I have designed a welcome mail correctly. I have programmed it to be sent immediately. In mailPoet settings the server is correctly set and ind Mail Poet help I can check that the connection is working. I have subscribed with a test mailaddress i use for this kind of purposes, I’ve received the subscription confirmation email and I have confirmed it and but don’t get the welcome mail. I have tried several times and nothing. I don’t know what to do.

    It seems the task scheduler of your site doesn’t work properly at the moment.

    Would you mind trying to select the option “MailPoet’s own script” on WP-Admin > MailPoet > Settings > Advanced?
