    Hi there

    When a new user has been created, I have done the following using the plugin:

    1. Menu “INTEGRATION” -> Welcome email set this option to active “Disable account details email to?user
    2. Trigger: user registration
    3. Activated the user via “pending activations” in GravityForms

    However, I still receive two emails (default WP and my custom email).
    There are no other membership or user plugins in use.

    What am I doing wrong?
    I just want to receive the custom email and disable the WP default welcome email.

    Hi Michael, I think Gravity Forms if triggering the welcome email on their own, outside of the process we can terminate. I suggest looking at the GF plugin settings to get rid of that notification.
