Welcome message

Hi, I′m using this plugin in spanish.
when a visitor clicks the bubble to start the chat, a welcome message saying: “Welcome to our site, if you need help simply reply to this message, we are online and ready to help.” sent by Customer Support is displayed.

Where can I modify this message??? thank you
