That is because “welcome” is one of the words in the mySQL stop words list.

You’ll need to turn on boolean mode if you need users to search for words in this stop words list.

No issues. This is one of the drawbacks of relevant search. I’m going make modifications in a future version of the plugin that will revert to another search algorithm for such stop words.
