Welcome post title is set lower

I created the posts all with the same scheme, header and then paragraph and in the dashboard it looks exactly the same. Still the titles of the other postings are all in the same height, only the title of the welcome pages stands out. Can I fix that, or do I have to live with it?It would not be so much of a catastrophy anyway, the rest looks rather good by now. Only the social menue widget on the right side where it says follow me on… has only the icons for my 3 instagram accounts, but no icon for my pinterest account, which is rather odd too. If it cannot be fixed may be I could switch it off and only keep the links above directly under the blog title. But when I disable the social menue, everything is gone, also the links under the blog title, which I would like to keep. It would be soooo great to have everything perfect, it looks so good by now and I would not want to switch to another theme
