Welcome Post (way to make it show on every page like a full width banner)

  • I would like to have my Welcome Post image show as a banner that is full width for every page including the index page. When I upload a banner image it is too small.

    Any help is appreciated. I tried to make a category.php to fix this problem but I believe I am in over my head. AH!
