Welcome User Email not being sent

  • Hi all!

    I’ve got WPMU and BuddyPress set up and running – hurray! Here’s the problem though: when I do a test signup, the activation link is sent, but the Welcome User Email does not follow. If a blog is created during a signup, that Welcome Email is sent. I have minimal tech skills, so if anyone can help, please keep it simple ??

  • HEY PCWRITER! DID YOU FIND A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM? I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM TOO. EVERYTHING IS WORKING JUST FINE EXCEPT FOR THE E MAIL CONFIRMATION. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR INFO ON HOW TO FIX IT , BUT I CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF FOUND OUT HOW TO FOX IT. THANKS
