When I use your plugin I am unable to edit Elementor Pages. When I turn off your Plugin I am again able to edit Elementor Pages. Not sure how to fix this.
Hello Live Chat Team
I hope you and your team are happy. I and my team use your plugins on many websites but you should also make a plugin such that one does not have to go to any third party site to chat and the live chat can be done directly in WordPress. In my opinion, there is no such plugin yet as I have thought.
Like I will tell you how you can do it. For the backend, you have been given a screenshot url below.
Backend Section URL:- https://prnt.sc/RH-OezsAvy8o
And in the frontend, there will be something like a shortcode, wherever you place it, a section like this screenshot will be created and this user can chat directly with the admin user.

I have installed Live Chat and connected but there is no chat bubble. Can’t find any options indicating why.
Help please!
Thank you!

Any help getting the sound to only play when a chat is initiated would be greatly appreciated.
Again, I have turned off all sounds in the settings.
“Play a sound when there is a new visitor:” is unchecked.
“Play a sound on new message:” is also currently unchecked.
The sound being played on every page load is the one configured for:
“Incoming message tone” in the Chat Box section of the settings.
Thanks for your help.
Hi,
Our website was upgraded to WordPress 5.8 (PHP 7.3) and we noticed some odd glitches in page builder styles and form submissions. The error in Chrome was:

We set up staging and deactivated the LiveChat plugin and the error stopped, and the little glitches were fixed.
This is the full error that we were able to find:

All apps and integrations based on API keys need to be adjusted to Personal Access Tokens (PAT) – a method we consider safer and easier to maintain. The full description and the technical documentation is available here.
Make sure you share it with developers responsible for the update.”
can you guys add following plugins features to LiveChat – WP live chat plugin
i did a research and only this plugin has the ability to have a conversation panel to each order from woocommerece dashboard. because all of the chat plugins focus on before sale chat options but nobody focus on after sale chat which directly connect with each order and following plugin does gives ability to initiate the message from sellers side also.(and i know you guys have woocommerce integration but it doesn’t directly integrate to each order)

We are running a WordPress Multisite network, and we don’t give any users Administrator privileges on their sites. It would be handy if there was a way — say, by using a filter — to allow Editors to make changes to the plugin’s settings.
For instance, in plugin_files/LiveChatAdmin.class.php
, replace:
add_menu_page(
'LiveChat',
$this->is_installed() ? 'LiveChat' : 'LiveChat !',
'administrator',
'livechat',
array( $this, 'livechat_settings_page' ),
$this->module->get_plugin_url() . 'images/livechat-icon.svg'
);
add_submenu_page(
'livechat',
__( 'Settings', 'wp-live-chat-software-for-wordpress' ),
__( 'Settings', 'wp-live-chat-software-for-wordpress' ),
'administrator',
'livechat_settings',
array( $this, 'livechat_settings_page' )
);
add_submenu_page(
'livechat',

__( 'Resources', 'wp-live-chat-software-for-wordpress' ),
'administrator',
'livechat_resources',
array( $this, 'livechat_resources_page' )
);
…with:
add_menu_page(
'LiveChat',
$this->is_installed() ? 'LiveChat' : 'LiveChat !',
apply_filters( 'lc_user_menu_level', 'administrator' ),
'livechat',
array( $this, 'livechat_settings_page' ),
$this->module->get_plugin_url() . 'images/livechat-icon.svg'
);
add_submenu_page(
'livechat',
__( 'Settings', 'wp-live-chat-software-for-wordpress' ),

apply_filters( 'lc_user_menu_level', 'administrator' ),

Hi,
Would you be able to develop the plugin to operate on a schedule? For example, only display on our website from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday?
Secondly, in case the number of conversations is overloading to our agents, could the chat feature automatically disable when a specific count of open conversations is reached?
This plugins conflicts with the Vendor Registration Form of the EDD Frontend Submission Plugin: https://easydigitaldownloads.com/downloads/frontend-submissions/
When you register, there is a Java script error which leads to a “PHP Error” when you submit the vendor registration. Actually, the error is coming from a Java script conflict. You can check this when you click on the empty form, the error shwos even when empty data is triggered.
You can test this when installing the EDD FES Plugin and the LiveChat Plugin for Easy Digital Downloads then create a page with this shortcode [fes_registration_form]
As per our analysis, the problem can only be resolved if you fix this inside the LiveChat Plugin.
I suggest you fix this as soon as possible.

Does anyone else have issues with lengthy Livechat load times on their sites?
Compared to anything else on our site LiveChat always stands out as loading super slow. Seems to effect our page speed score enough that we may start to look at other options.

Hello,
since a couple of weeks the settings page of the plugin is blank. I didn’t have any issues until now since I set up the plugin before it happened. Now on one of my site I had to deactivate it temporarily and now I can’t connect it to the account anymore since the whole page is blank. Sources page as well.
This happens on two of my websites. On my third website that hasnt been updated it works (plugin version 3.7.2).
I already tried deactivating some of the more intrusive plugins I have installed but the situation hasn’t changed.
Thanks in advance.
