    This is a very comprehensive plugin for creating quizzes. Haven’t tried a survey yet but for free this one does a LOT! One request: please add a template variable like %MAX_POINTS% to represent the total points that could be earned if all questions were answered ideally (includes multiples in ‘multiple response’ question types).
