It would be nice to know about the extreme limitations UP FRONT before wasting my time installing and configuring questions before hitting a wall. Frankly, I didn’t even get to see if the form *would* even work.
Also: I would be willing to pay a flat rate for the added functionality (technically, my clients would be willing to pay…), but I’m not interested in paying for it indefinitely or committing my clients to it. You should listen to the people you are losing with this subscription model.
I can build in a one-time payment into my invoice, but not a open-ended option.
