well thought out features & good support

This plugin has some well thought out features that suited the requirements for an appointment booking system for one of my clients. It appears to be well designed, and their support team seems very responsive. I posted in the support form when I did not see how I could set it up for a specific scenario. They replied to me promptly with a solution that satisfied the requirements. The free version has good functionality, plenty so that my client can be comfortable with how it works before upgrading to the paid version, which they may do later so that they can take online payments.
