    Hello,

    I created a campaign and set it up to run later. I tested SMTP and it works. Emails were restriged to 5 per hour. I sent a test email with the campaign newsletter and it worked well on the test recipient’s email.

    However, on checking after some days, not one email was sent and the campaign status is set to “Failed”. Is there any way to find out, a log file or the like, why the failure?

    any advice is welcome.

    As I understand, you had an automated campaign setup and it didn’t send the mail. could you kindly check the browser console and check whether you have any error or not? also kindly, share your website URL.
