Went from Theme TwentyTen to Suffusion (?)

Hi there,
1. I am new to theme changing. I had twentyten, and opted for one with more widgets so tried Suffusion. (I think that’s what it is called}
Only now I can’t login in to add pages, which means I also can’t find my dashboard. (I think the Meta Tag must not have installed correctly on the widget side) Anyone know how to fix this?

2. I also cannot find ‘my account’ so that I can access the API key to get askimet working.
